Mountain High Music Festival

We have a fun-filled week here in the Butte! From skiing with an Olympian to enjoying live music, we have something for everyone in the family! Test your snowboarding skills by joining the Butte Banked Slalom competition then leisurely walk through town during the ArtWalk on Saturday evening.

Mountain High Music Festival | January 16 - 19
The Mountain High Music Festival, presented by Dean Dillon, will proudly showcase a diverse lineup of the world's best performers along with the most buzzed about, up-and-coming talent for an eclectic mix of mile-high musical performances.

This year’s festival will once again raise money and awareness for Tough Enough To Wear Pink and the Adaptive Sports Center, by showcasing the faces, voices, and stories behind some of today’s biggest hit songs. Fans and songwriters will swap stories and mingle in a series of full-band, casual, and intimate performances set against the breathtaking backdrop of Mount Crested Butte.

Wednesdays with Wendy | January 16
For each lesson level, Wendy will help you improve your skiing skills and style, as well as work with you to overcome any inner fears you might have. For many, fear can be the biggest obstacle restricting the advancement of one’s skiing level. Whether you are familiar with Crested Butte’s terrain or not, Wendy’s goal with every participant is to build self-trust while tapping into every participant’s mental and physical capabilities.Learning to read terrain while improving technique will leave you with a greater level of confidence and skills that will enhance your skiing experience at Crested Butte Mountain Resort and beyond.
