Stocks & Soups I January 4

Center for the Arts presents An Evening with Jackson Melnick & His Band I January 4
Crested Butte Center for the Arts welcomes Jackson Melnick & His Band on January 5, 2018. Doors at 8:00 pm. Tickets are on sale now and are $20. Singer-songwriter Jackson Melnick was raised in Crested Butte. Now performing as Jack Gwydion, the last name coming to him in a dream meaning “of the trees,” Jack lives to sense the beating heart of poetry and has long admired musicians with small-town sincerity and big-world humanity.
Food Pantry Donation Day I January 7
In an effort to help the local community, Crested Butte Mountain Resort (CBMR) is hosting a food drive to support both the Crested Butte and Gunnison Country food banks. Guests who donate three non-perishable, non-expired food items or one pack of diapers will receive a discounted full day lift ticket for $45, valid Sunday, January 7, 2018 only. Please bring your donations to the Adventure Center no later than 12 PM in order to receive the discount.
