December 14 I Artful Holiday Cookie Decorating
Learn expert cookie decorating techniques using Royal Icing and other fun mediums. This class is perfect for anyone who'd like to up their holiday cookie skills or impress at your next holiday cookie exchange. Students leave class with at least a dozen gorgeous finished cookies, in addition to a variety of techniques that transforms your standard “decorated” cookies into true works of art. 

December 15 I Alpenglow Gallery Opening
The Alpenglow Gallery presents the winter installment, "Paradise Found."  Please join us, December 15 from 5:30 -7:00 pm, for an evening of local art, music, beer, wine and hors d'oeuvres. Cast your vote for People's Choice Award and the artist who best illustrates the theme. The Alpenglow Gallery is located behind Trackers Bar & Lounge on the courtyard level of the Lodge of Mountaineer Square.

December 15 I Winter Speaker Series
Join the Crested Butte Mountain Heritage Museum on December 15 at 6:30 pm at the Crested Butte Mountain Museum for this exciting two part evening. The evening begins with a slide show on the history of the San Juan Valley mining towns and the geology of the region. The second part of the evening, Cathy will share her film team’s amazing experiences shooting footage of Sr. Statesmen and the amazing beauty and knowledge captured during the San Juan Mining Tour for an upcoming documentary entitled Breaking the Mold - Colorado Contemporaries.
