Dining

From a hearty breakfast before a big day on the slopes to an elegant dinner to wind down after a day in paradise, Crested Butte Mountain Resort can satisfy even the most discriminating palette!

Après ski and Dinner

After a full day of skiing, relax and enjoy après ski at either Butte 66 or the new slopeside Atmosphere Restaurant and Bar (970-349-8734). Butte 66 (970-349-2999) offers live music and daily drink specials. Spend the afternoon relaxing in the sun on the expansive deck, while people watching at the base area. Or head over to the Atmosphere for tantalizing après ski appetizer specials and “signature” drinks. Stay for an early dinner and try the signature beef brisket, pulled pork & BBQ ribs with three specialty sauces.

Butte 66 Roadhouse BBQ is the most popular après ski bar on the mountain! Make Butte 66 your first stop after getting off the slope and enjoy daily happy hour drink specials and great company! The Woodstone Bar & Grille (970-349-8030), located in the Grand Lodge Hotel, starts après ski at 4:00pm. Dinner starts at 5pm with regional southwestern cuisine with an international flare. Dinner specials change nightly.

Plan to spend at least one night out by booking either a Sleighride Dinner or a Last Tracks Dinner. These are Crested Butte's unique dining experiences you will always remember! Read more in the Activities section….

Breakfast

Start your day at either the Woodstone Grille, located in the Grand Lodge Hotel, or the Atmosphere Restaurant, located slopeside in the new Elevation Hotel. Both restaurants offer a full breakfast buffet or a la carte breakfast specialties. The slopeside Butte 66 will also offer a daily grab 'n go breakfast selection.

For something a bit quicker, try the local’s favorite, Camp 4 Coffee, located in the Lodge at Mountaineer Square or at the top of the Painter Boy lift, serving famous coffee and breakfast goodies. This is perfect to grab when catching the first chairlift.

Lunch

For lunch on the mountain, head into the Paradise Warming House or the Ice Bar. Paradise Warming House is located at the bottom of the Paradise lift and offers either cafeteria dining or full service dining at the Rustica Ristorante. Paradise Warming House cafeteria has lunch options ranging from gourmet grocer deli sandwiches, to super salads, and a selection of daily homemade soups and chili. Enjoy the outdoor grill, extensive seating, and spectacular views. The Rustica Ristorante, featuring sit-down service, offers traditional and nouveau Italian specialty dishes and a large selection of quality Italian wines. A taste of Italy in the mountains! New this season will be a Grab n' Go at the Paradise Yurt offering fresh sandwiches, salads, and beverages.

The Ice Bar, located at the base of the Twister Lift on a beginner slope, offers fine dining on the mountain. Gourmet lunches include upscale regional American Cuisine with French undertones and exotic drinks at a bar made completely out of ice! Sip on a specialty beverage at the end of the day on the large sunny deck, and enjoy the beautiful vistas while people watching!

Check out the Butte 66 Roadhouse BBQ located at the base area in the Treasury Building with huge outdoor deck and the best slopeside mountain views at the ski area. Offers great lunches of signature beef brisket, pulled pork, or BBQ ribs with three specialty sauces! Don’t forget the fried pickles and sweet potato fries!
