The first is on December 6, 2015 and the second is on February 28, 2016, which will support both the Crested Butte and Gunnison food banks. Guests who donate three non-perishable, non-expired food items will receive a voucher for a $37 full day lift ticket, valid on that day Sunday, December 6, 2015 or valid on that day Sunday, February 28, 2016.
“As a company we value our local community and are always looking for ways to be supportive, and give back. We thought that providing food for both the Gunnison and Crested Butte food pantries was a great way for us to help, from the CBMR family,” explains Ethan Mueller, president of CBMR. “It is something that as a company we have done for years at Okemo Mountain in Vermont and we want to do the same here in Crested Butte.”
