Here are just some of the overall highlights of our rental program:

1.) Peace of mind – we are an established company with a long-time local staff that you can trust with your asset. We view our relationships with owners as a partnership.

2.)You are able to take advantage of our multi-million dollar sales and marketing efforts. The key components of our efforts include:

  • Crested Butte Vacations – central reservations, a full service travel agency offering packages with lodging, lifts, rentals, airfare, a one stop shop for visitors.
  • Direct mail programs, 120,000 pieces this year and emails to our extensive database of past guests, database of 110,000 emails.
  • Group sales department.
  • Air ticket credits (up to $150) for guests staying in one of our managed properties.
  • Packages offering free lift tickets.
  • Advertising and even the subsidy of air flights into Gunnison.

3.) Strong rental income returns to owners. Income that can help offset the high costs of ownership and help maintain and improve property values.

4.) A guest referral program – a way for owners to supplement their rental income and /or offer insider discounts to friends and family.

5.) We are both investors in Crested Butte – we are partners.

6.) A full-time, year-round Owner Services department – all owners know who to call on any question and can expect a quick response.

7.) Our housekeeping and maintenance departments are the best in the area.

8.) We offer a flexible rental contract – again we are partners. 
 

Homes

In addition to the rental highlights listed above our Luxury Home rental program includes:

1.) A dedicated personal manager and owner services staff member

2.) Concierge services to all guests

3.) Homecare program options if you are not interested in renting

4.) Custom contracts – your property is unique and so should be our management contract agreement. You tell us when your property is available, we work together on rates, sales and marketing efforts, website listings and occupancy requirements.

5.) Inspections of your property – pre arrival and post departure

6.) 24 hour oversight of your property

7.) We have constant requests for upscale home rentals from affluent guests. We would like to better accommodate those guests.
