SKITOWN BREAKDOWN IS REVAMPED AND BETTER THAN EVER
CBMR’s Spring Concert Adds Concerts and New Venues
MT. CRESTED BUTTE, Colo. – March 8 – Crested Butte Mountain Resort’s (CBMR) annual spring concert, SkiTown Breakdown, is being revitalized this season. Traditionally a free outdoor concert at the base of CBMR during mid-March, SkiTown Breakdown is now moving to Closing Weekend with multiple venues and performances happening all over the mountain.
Spread over the Saturday and Sunday of Closing Weekend, April 7 and 8, SkiTown Breakdown returns as a celebration of the winter season.
Below is a schedule of events and locations:
Saturday, April 7, 2018
12 – 2 pm: Drew Emmitt Band live on-mountain at the Ice Bar at Uley’s Cabin.
4 – 6 pm: The New Orleans Suspects take the stage at Butte 66.
Sunday, April 8, 2018
12 – 2 pm: Coral Creek sends off the winter season on-mountain at the Umbrella Bar at Ten Peaks.
Each of these concerts will be taking place outdoors (weather-permitting) and are free for everyone. Lift tickets or season passes are required for access to the Ice Bar at Uley’s Cabin and Umbrella Bar at Ten Peaks.
