About the Event 
The first in the U.S. to launch an extreme skiing contest, Crested Butte marks seventeen years of freeskiing competition this season. Competitors vie for the largest cash purse on the freeskiing circuit and sweet prizes from all the sponsors. Junior athletes age 14 - 17 are also welcome to compete.

Spectator Information 
Don't want to compete, but still want to be part of the fun? Spectators are welcome at every competitive event.  Venues are accessible to blue-level (intermediate) skiers and snowboarders. A short hike may be required. Please note: for the safety of other skiers, we cannot offer courtesy rides to the venues.
