This summer your kids' favorite ski instructors are sticking around the mountain for a whole new adventure.   For the older kids, the Passport to Adventure is a great program that combines outdoor mountain activities on the ski area with indoor crafts and education.  For the younger ones, the Camp CB Nursery is the perfect spot to spend a day away from the parents.

Passport to Adventure  (Ages 5 – 12) 
Animals of CB
Exploring the mountain to find animal facts, tracts & habitats including eagles, fox, coyotes, bear, elk, mountain lions and more.  Children will participate in crafts revolving around their favorite Crested Butte animals.

Forest Discovery
Exploring and discovering things of the forest on the mountain including different trees, grasses and wildflowers.  Children will create crafts using the treasures collected on nature hikes.

Mining of CB
Fact finding related to the history of the mines and miners of the Crested Butte region including hikes to old miners shacks on the mountain.  Children will also test their creativity with the rocks and minerals found in the region.

Clowning Around
Good old tradional fun can be found in abundance around the base area of Crested Butte Mountain Resort including relay races, capture the flag, kickball and more.

Wild Goose Chase
The backdrop of Mt. Crested Butte serves as the perfect location for clue based scavenger hunts.   Each clue leads to a brand new hidden treasure.


Nursery (2 months - 4 years old)
Infant (2 months to 18 months)
Our infant program is staffed with qualified and caring individual. We offer a two to one infant to attendant ratio.

Toddler (19 months to 3 years) 
Our toddler program includes organized activities, arts &crafts, games, snow play (weather permitting) and quiet time.

Mini Camp (ages 3 to 4)
The Mini Camp Program is designed for the younger age group that is seeking out the Passport to Adventure program. By creating a smaller age range for the 3-4 year old this allows the counselors to structure the activities around their hiking and energy level, while still enjoying the mountain environment.
