Prime
As the sun sets over the Elk Mountains settle in for a Colorado-inspired feast at Prime. The contemporary culinary tour includes a variety of shellfish and seafood choices, as well as USDA Prime hand-cut steaks and an array of game options, such as Colorado lamb chops, venison loin and Sonoma duck.

Try a few of the optional sauces to find a new favorite and plan to share selections from the extensive vegetables and sides menu. Dessert is mandatory.
