Fast Track to Single Track

Come join the Crested Butte Mountain Bike School and learn the skills to enhance your mountain bike experience.  Learn as a family, a group, or in a private setting with our staff of professional mountain bike coaches.  Work your way through basic skill progressions that will get you charging downhill and uphill before you know it.

Beginners and experienced riders alike can benefit from a three hour lesson focused on stance, balance, cornering, braking, terrain advancements, drops offs and even jumps.  Groups will be divided by ability and lessons will cater to the group’s skill level.  Instruction is individually based within a group setting.  Coach to student ratio will not exceed 1 to 10.  Lessons are from 10am-1pm Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays and must be reserved during the prior day’s business hours. 

Crested Butte Mountain Bike School also offers a bike park tour.  Tours are 2 hours in length and will be centered on the riding level of the group.  Tours do not involve instruction and will start Friday through Sunday at 11am from the Specialized Demo Center in the Treasury Building.  Rental and lift ticket packages are available.
