Cruiser Camp
Ages 4 - 15 for skiers and 7 - 15 for snowboarders

The Cruiser Camp program focuses on improving each child's skiing or snowboarding skills while providing a fun and safe learning environment. The teaching objectives for Cruiser Camp include teaching fundamental skills and on-hill etiquette at all levels. Cruiser Camp promotes an environment of confident skiing and riding by teaching in terrain appropriate for the abilities of the group.

Children are therefore grouped together according to their ability levels, ages and motivations, and will explore the mountain based on the skills of the group. Each group will remain with their assigned instructor for the length of the program providing a stable environment and core peer group. This program does not include lunch and sack lunch is highly recommended. There are no makeup days or refunds on this program, please plan accordingly.

We have limited kids’ seasonal rentals available at the Crested Butte Rental and Demo Center located in the Treasury Building. Our seasonal rental package is $99.00 with a credit card deposit. Learn More

Mini Cruisers
Ages 3 - 5 
Available on Wednesdays and Saturdays starting January 9

The Mini Cruiser program is a ski program designed for children 3-5 years old who want to be introduced to the winter sport and ski around with their buddies. The Mini Cruisers program is a two hour lesson for three children offered every Wednesday or Saturday for 8 weeks. Having the same instructor and ski buddy offers stability and develops a child’s self-confidence.

If your little one does not have a buddy to ski with, we will match them up with two other children of similar abilities and motivations upon seeing them ski the first week. This will be done in a safe environment with the Mini Cruiser Supervisor assigning instructors to each group according to ability and group chemistry.

Lift tickets are included with this program. Rentals are not included.
