Crested Butte Mountain Resort’s Ambassador Program combines the talent and knowledge of our athletes to provide an experience for the resort’s VIP guests unlike any other available to ski area visitors.   Selected Ambassadors undergo a unique coaching process to best utilize his or her personal strengths in guest service while highlighting that individual’s athletic abilities, local insight, or other area of expertise. 

Each ambassador is empowered to lead guests through a tour designed by him/herself, and have access to information or contacts that can support the Ambassador in the role. Through the availability of the Ambassador to meet and tour with the special guest, the guest receives a “local’s perspective” and the chance to develop further relationships with the resort. 

This program has been constructed with the cooperation of resort operations and serves the best interests of the Ambassador, Crested Butte Mountain Resort and guests of the resort.  The Ambassadors are chosen not only on the strength of their accomplishments, but also from their willingness to welcome visitors to Crested Butte Mountain Resort.
